  1. Hi Terry,

I am researching the colonial provenance of my property. It involves an application for a CP by one John Keeping in 1898. At the bottom of the form there is a reference to Lease issued to one H C Ellis 25/06/1900. Landgate here has a transfer document between the 2 gents dated 01/02/1907. Any ideas how to reconcile?

    Thanks
